Characteristics of Hydraulic Clutch of NC Punch

CNC punch is the abbreviation of digital control punch, which is an automatic machine tool equipped with program control system. The control system can logically process and decode programs with control codes or other symbolic instructions, so that the punch can move and process parts.

Advantage

shortcoming

(1) The quality of domestic hydraulic components is not easy to guarantee, the life is short, and the maintenance of hydraulic system is difficult. MO leaks easily cause environmental pollution.

(2) Imported hydraulic clutch has high price and long cycle. According to this, some of the CNC punch presses we produce now adopt pneumatic friction clutch, and some adopt imported hydraulic clutch.
