Six Paths for Transition and Development of Stamping Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry

At present, sheet metal stamping in China is mainly applied in the following six fields:

(1) Stamping plant for daily necessities. For example, some bathrooms, tableware, crafts and so on, these factories have also developed greatly in recent years.

(2) Stamping Plant for Home Appliance Parts. These factories appeared only after the development of household appliances in China. Most of them are distributed in household appliances enterprises.

(3) IT Electronic Parts Stamping Plant. This kind of factory is a new industry, which develops with the development of IT electronics and electrical appliances. This part of the factory mainly concentrates in the south.

(4) sheet metal stamping in automobile industry. Deep drawing is the main method. In our country, this part is mainly concentrated in automobile factory, tractor factory, aircraft manufacturer and other large factories. Independent large-scale stamping and drawing plants are rare.

(5) Stamping of spare parts in the whole machine industry. It's mainly punching and shearing. Many of these enterprises belong to standard parts factories, and some independent stamping factories. At present, some automobile factories or tractors.

There are many such small factories around the machine factory.

(6) Special stamping enterprises. For example, stamping of aviation parts belongs to this kind of enterprise, but these craft factories also belong to some large factories.

In recent years, China's sheet metal industry has been greatly developed, but most of the enterprises are still in the low productivity situation of manual workshops. There is fierce competition in low-grade products, so they should be able to adapt to the national economy.

In order to meet the needs of economic construction and participate in international competition, China's half-catty industries must avoid vicious competition and realize differentiated production: managers should go out and invite in: technology should be constantly updated and changed, existing technology and equipment should be improved, hard work and skillful work should be done, product quality should be improved, market demand of product quality and supply requirements should be improved continuously, and on the premise of being able to do so again. We should try our best to adopt advanced manufacturing technology and equipment, establish and improve the quality assurance system, improve the level of precision, specialization, automation and information-based manufacturing, and meet the requirements of large-scale and flexible production.
