Oil pump overload usually occurs at low temperature in winter. When the wind turbine fails for a long time after shutdown, the temperature decreases more, oil viscosity is added, resulting in heavy load when the oil pump starts, resulting in overload of the oil pump motor. The second reason is that the oil seal of the output shaft of the oil pump motor is aging in some units with long service life, which results in poor contact of the oil entering the terminal box, unbalanced three-phase current and overload of the oil pump. The more serious situation is that oil will even enter the oil pump motor winding in large quantities, destroy the air gap of the winding and form overload of the equipment. The oil seal should be replaced, the terminal box and motor winding should be cleaned, and the heating and drying should be restored from scratch.
