Why the Overload Oil Pump of High Speed Punch Press keeps ringing

Overload oil pump of punch press has the function of upper dead-point pressure and lack of oil replenishment. Overload oil pump is always ringing, which indicates that the hydraulic oil in the pump is mixed with air/impurities or oil seepage occurs in some part of the cylinder and oil pipe. Pressure establishment has no regular pressure. The pressure of stamping is slightly greater than that of the cylinder, which constitutes the continuous oil replenishment of the oil pump. At this time, please turn the discharging unloading valve of the oil pump on/off several times to see if the shortcomings can be dealt with. Assuming oil seepage occurs, it is necessary to remove and repair, check the sealing condition and replace the sealing ring.
